Florida and Michigan Voters Gave Hillary Clinton Over A Million Votes

Over a million people in Florida and Michigan gave Hillary Clinton a vote to help her become the Democratic nominee and President of the United States. These voters decided Clinton was the best of all the candidates.  They believe Hillary Clinton should lead our country.

terry from the clinton campaign was just on MSNBC and said at least 3 times that "this is about delegates, not votes"

- Obama was not on ballot so there was no election in MI.

- My family was told that the election would not count. They would be disenfranchised if the rules were changed after the game.

Rules are there for people like Clinton. Imagine if we had to do this on trust and HRC was involved?

Obama 08!

This is pretty tired. (none / 0)

Clinton followed the rules with regard to Michigan.  That fact is unambiguous. We're not Republicans, so we cannot create fact out of fiction.

Um, so? (none / 0)

I'm afraid I don't understand the point of this diary.  Both candidates have received a lot of votes everywhere.  Ignoring all the issues surrounding the validity of these two primaries, Florida and Michigan voters also gave "not-Hillary" over a million votes.
We've had more than 35 million votes, so telling us where one of these million went and arguing that this should be the deciding million?  Sorry, no.
I'll wait to see what PR, Montana & South Dakota do, along with the RBC's decision on Fl/Mich.  Then, the SD's will endorse one way or the other and finish things up.

You should email this to the superdelegates.

Over 17 million people across the country chose to make Obama our nominee. These voters decided Obama was the best of all the candidates.  They believe Barack Obama should lead our country.

I'm proud to say that I was one of those voters who voted in the Florida primary. I'm glad the DNC is resolving the problem and allowing (some) votes to be counted.
